The copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer.

A non-refundable booking fee of LKR 30000 will confirm your booking, The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client’s chosen package when calculating the final balance due. Payment in full of the remaining balance will be due one week before the wedding day. Additional goods ordered must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. Titles to all goods remains with the photographer until paid for in full by the client(s).

The photographer will be the sole professional (still) photographer at the venues specified. The photographer does however positively encourage family, friends and other guests to take photographs throughout the day. The photographer(s) will be allowed one 10 minutes break at their own discretion. Each photographer will be provided a full guest meal for any photography session lasting longer than 5 hours. If no meal is provided, the photographer(s) reserves the right to go off-site for a meal for 45 minutes. A meal is not a requirement, however one would be greatly appreciated.

In the event that the family/guests are taking photos, Charithra Weddings are not responsible for obstructed photos or photos ruined due to separate flashes going off or due to any other behaviour from guests. Charithra Weddings are not responsible for obstructed or ruined photos due to activities by other vendors and venue staff.

A separate space must be allocated (table/chairs) for photographer/s to keep their equipments safe.

Charithra Weddings will endeavour to deliver digital negative (Proof Only) files as quickly as possible. This usually takes 5 business days. Since receiving the digital negatives you are advised to select the number of photos listed in the package you reserved and get back to us via an e mail within 14-28 days time.

Charithra Weddings keeps client files for up to 3 years after the photography session, and is not liable for any claims after this period. All client files maybe deleted and backups will be purged after this period.
